How do we pay for the movies we screen - the distributors’ costs, theater rental, shipping, promotion, and all the other expenses we incur? Largely through the generosity of individual Subscribers. In return for a one-time payment at the beginning of the year, Subscribers are admitted free to all 36 regular OFS screenings January through December 2011.

We are now offering Subscriptions for the FALL 2011 Series. Each fall subscription costs $54. To become a Subscriber click here for an enrollment form to pay by mail using a check or credit card. Mail form and payment to the Ojai Film Society, P.O. Box 545, Ojai, CA 93024.

As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the Ojai Film Society depends on annual subscriptions for raising operational funds. In exchange for helping us with our cash flow, subscribers get a dramatically reduced price for our Sunday afternoon films. Considering that general admission is $10, and seniors (65+) and full-time students pay $7, the savings can be substantial. But equally important is the knowledge that—through your support—you are contributing to the enrichment of your community.
